1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AutoSpa Weymouth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AutoSpa Weymouth provides automotive protection services including but not limited to Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, Ceramic Coating, and Auto Detailing. All services are performed at our facility located at 21 Union St, Weymouth, MA 02190.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle and any additional work required. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

For PPF, ceramic coating, and other quoted services, the applicable scheduling, cancellation, and payment terms are included in the written quote.

4. Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by product and service:

  • LLumar film: Terms vary by selected product and installation
  • System X ceramic coatings: Terms vary by selected product and installation
  • Detailing services: Terms are discussed with your service estimate

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

5. Vehicle Drop-off and Pickup

Customers are responsible for transporting their vehicles to and from our Weymouth facility.

After-hours drop-off is available by prior arrangement using our secure key drop box.

Vehicle pickup is available during business hours only.

6. Liability

AutoSpa Weymouth takes great care in servicing all vehicles. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or any damage that may occur during normal service operations. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of vehicle pickup.

7. Cancellation Policy

For auto detailing appointments, the booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms shown during Square scheduling and in the Square confirmation apply.

For PPF, ceramic coating, and other quoted services, the applicable scheduling, cancellation, and payment terms are included in the written quote.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
