1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AutoSpa Weymouth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AutoSpa Weymouth provides automotive protection services including but not limited to Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, Window Tinting, Ceramic Coating, and Auto Detailing. All services are performed at our facility located at 21 Union St, Weymouth, MA 02190.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle and any additional work required. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

A deposit may be required to schedule certain services. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

4. Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by product and service:

  • XPEL Paint Protection Film: Up to 10-year manufacturer warranty
  • Window Tint: Lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and fading
  • Ceramic Coating: Warranty varies by product (1-7 years)
  • Detailing Services: Satisfaction guaranteed

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

5. Vehicle Drop-off and Pickup

Customers are responsible for dropping off and picking up their vehicles during our business hours. Vehicles left after hours are stored at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs while vehicles are parked on our premises outside of business hours.

6. Liability

AutoSpa Weymouth takes great care in servicing all vehicles. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or any damage that may occur during normal service operations. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of vehicle pickup.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
